What are the responsibilities and job description for the Float Client Services Associate position at Sage Counseling Inc?
**This position will occasionally travel to SAGE offices in Phoenix (85053 or 85018), Tempe (85282), Maryvale (85031), or Glendale (85301) to fill in and provide support as needed**
We are actively looking for a Full-Time Float Client Service Associate to provide support and coverage for the administrative team at SAGE.
The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail orientated individual who is able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, with strong work ethic and a background in office administrative.
This is a Full-Time position!

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Differential pay offered!
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required. AA in related field preferred.
- Proficiency in navigating an Electronic Health Record, and Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Prior experience with scheduling or working in a call center environment preferred.
- Prior experience in behavioral health field strongly preferred
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
