- Managing and collaborating with small, dynamic teams on each workstream, comprised of individuals from different functions and areas of the business, ensuring alignment, managing expectations, and fostering strong working relationships.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, gather input, and drive consensus in project decision-making.
