What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook/Cashier ~ Daytime M-F Hours position at SAGE Dining Services?
SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an experienced Cook / Cashier to join our team at a beautiful private all-girls day school in Memphis, TN. Our ideal candidate will have culinary experience and knowledge within a high-volume or fast-paced environment. Roughly 20% of the role will include assisting with the cash register during service.

Schedule :
Monday through Friday
6 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.
Follows the school calendar, so holidays and summers are off
Occasional overtime available for catering events, with prior notice
Pay Type :
17.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Time Commitment : Full Time

What you'll do :
Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
What you'll need :
Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
