SAGE Dining Services® seeks an Office Assistant to help maintain accurate production records at a beautiful private college in West Point, Georgia. The Office Assistant will support the Food Service Director with various administrative and office tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications for this position include :
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in OpenOffice and Microsoft Office.
A team player mentality.
High energy, a positive attitude, and strong ethics.
Catering experience is a plus for this position!
Pay Type :
15.50 - $18.00 Hourly
Time Commitment : Full Time

What you'll do :
Aid the Food Service Director with administrative and office support tasks to facilitate efficient operations.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and provide service with a smile.
Work with all of SAGE’s software systems.
Learn and practice food safety.
Enter data for catering events and invoicing.
Maintain petty cash records, cash handling, and cash register system, if applicable.
Collaborate with the Team Members to ensure guest satisfaction.
What you'll need :
Professional appearance and attitude to represent the Team positively.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office and office equipment.
Excellent communication skills to interact with SAGE Team Members and guests.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
