SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an on-call, motivated kitchen utility worker for a beautiful private school dining hall! For this position, we are happy to train a reliable person who is interested in learning the basics of food service. If you already know your way around a kitchen, we are happy to let you jump right in!

9 am - 3 pm
Pay Type : $20 - $20.60 Hourly

What you'll do :
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
What you'll need :
Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
