SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a prep cook to join our team at a private school in Roslyn, NY. This is a fast-paced environment, where we prepare food for up to 400 kids and staff daily!

Job includes both front and back-of-the-house responsibilities

We are conveniently located 2 miles from the Long Island Expressway, but we are not accessible to public transportation, so reliable transportation is a must.

Schedule :

  • Monday- Friday
  • 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Pay Type :

17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Time Commitment : Full Time

    • What you'll do :

  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
  • Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
  • Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
  • Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

    • What you'll need :

  • Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
  • Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
  • Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!

    • Salary : $17 - $18
