What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep cook position at SAGE Dining Services?
This is a fast-paced environment, where we prepare food for up to 400 kids and staff daily!
Job includes both front and back of the house responsibilities
We are conveniently located 2 miles from the Long Island Expressway.
Reliable transportation is a must.

- Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
- Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
- Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
What you'll need :
- Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
- Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
