SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a full-time cold prep / line server for a beautiful boarding school in Middletown, DE.
Schedule :
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11 : 30 AM- 7 : 30 PM. Friday and Saturday 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm
- Additional hours may be available for catering events, with advanced notice.
Pay Type : $17.50 Hourly

What you'll do :
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
- Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes.
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
- Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP).
- Assist in training new culinary Team Members.
- Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
What you'll need :
- Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred, but not required.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.
- Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.
- Experience in customer service strongly preferred, but not required.
- Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction.
