SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a three-day-a-week prep person for a residential facility in Mendham, NJ.
The kitchen is new with plenty of space and great equipment!
Come join a well-established team serving 85 residents breakfast, lunch, and dinner 7 days a week.
Schedule :
- 6 : 30 a.m.- 7 : 00 p.m,
- Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Pay Type : $17.50 Hourly

What you'll get :What you'll do :
- Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
- Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
What you'll need :
- Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
- Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
- Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
- Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Positive outlook to interact with team members and guests.
- Ability to work on a team.
