SAGE Dining Services® is seeking s seeking reliable Dishwasher / Steward for an independent school's dining hall.

Our chefs and culinary teams are talented individuals who know how to prepare a great meal! Menus, written by our chefs and prepared from scratch, reflect local and regional foods, flavors, and culinary styles. Our culinary teams' cooking methods, recipe development, and expertise make every dining experience truly unique.

You will work alongside creative, enthusiastic Team Members who share your passion for culinary excellence.

You will also make a difference in an academic community and bring excitement to the dining hall with made-from-scratch, Chef-inspired recipes that delight students, faculty, staff, and parents.

Schedule :

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Summers off
  • Some catering events with notice

Pay Type :

17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

    • What you'll do :

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
  • Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
  • Rotate products in inventory.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
  • Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
  • Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
  • Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
  • Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.

    • What you'll need :

  • Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
  • Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.

    • Salary : $17 - $18
