As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will lead high-impact, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives that drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will act as an internal senior consultant, managing small teams and utilizing data to design and lead innovative projects and performance improvement opportunities. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders as you implement change throughout the organization. By doing so, you will work closely with and receive mentorship from senior leaders across various functions. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our organization and play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success.
