Caregiver / Personal Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional, experienced Personal Care Attendant for a distinguished client. This unique position combines professional caregiving with high-level personal assistance, requiring someone who exemplifies excellence while maintaining the utmost discretion. 

This person will act like a personal assistant/shadow. The goal is to be present to redirect and assist if needed, but not make the individual feel like they have a caregiver. This person will meet the individual at their office and act as if they work at the office as well. They will monitor/support the client (mostly from a far) and help as needed. At the end of the day, they will walk the individual home (around 15 minute walk). The personal assistant will have parking provided at the individual's home. If the individual doesn't want to walk home with them, they will tail behind and supervise the walk home.

Position Details

• Compensation: $24.78/hour
• Schedule: Mondays & Fridays from 12pm-6pm (Could potentially go longer and an additional day might be added on at some point)
• Location: San Francisco, California
• Earn $150 sign-on bonus after working your first shift (valid through January 1st, 2025)

Key Qualifications

• Experience as a professional caregiver
• Must have a Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with clients who have Dementia and / or Alzheimer's 
• CNA certification a plus
• Proven track record working in refined, high-profile environments
• Exceptional discretion and professional boundaries
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while staying acutely aware of client needs
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Will often be asked to have lunch with this individual
