Carpenter

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking carpenters to join our team for an exciting project in Reno, NV!

PAY: $30/hour

Hours: 50 hours/week

Duration: 1 Year

Start: ASAP

Carpenter Responsibilities

• Will primarily be constructing metal stud and drywall
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Collaborate with other carpenters and construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  
  

Carpenter Requirements

• Proven experience as a carpenter
• Proficient in stucco, cabinet installation, plaster, trim carpentry, fixture installation, door hanging, and other relevant skills
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
