Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the support and treatment necessary for their health and well-being.
Position Details:
Position Name: Registered Nurse Home Health
Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
Pay Rate: Range $2080 to $2120 Weekly Gross pay for a 40-hr work week (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extensions. Accepting Local and Travel Candidates
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.49/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments
Unit: Home Health
Shift: 8 Hours; Days, 8a – 5p
Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week, Monday - Friday
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse experience: 1-2 years - Required
- Recent/Current Home Health Nursing experience: 1 year within the last 3 years - Required
- Homecare Homebase Charting (HCHB) experience: 1 year - Required
- OASIS experience - Required
- Must have valid Driver’s License and Personal Auto Insurance
- Must be Covid Vaccinated or provide medical or religious exemption
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or equivalent – Required
- BSN or equivalent – Highly preferred
- RN License for State of New Mexico or Compact – Required
- BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross (Required)
Job Description:
- Provides Nursing care for patients in a home health setting
- Submits appropriate documentation and paperwork to facilities at the completion of patient visits; documentation is completed and submitted timely according to company policy.
- Participates as a member of the Interdisciplinary team, including development and implementation of the plan of care.
- Provides education on relevant areas to the patient and family commensurate with patient/family needs and scope of practice
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Territories to cover: Santa Fe Proper, El Dorado, Lamy
