Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical care nursing and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills.
Position Details:
Position Name: Registered Nurse ICU/Float
Location: Berlin, New Hampshire
Pay Rate: Range $2340 to $2520 Weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Length: 13 weeks - Accepting both local and travel candidates

Shifts available: Rotating shifts
Shift timings: 12 hours; Mostly Days (7.00a - 7.30p) with occasional nights (7.00p - 7.30a)
Schedule: 36 hours per week guaranteed, three (3) shifts per week, Any 3 days of the week with EOW
Position Requirements:
- Current ICU RN experience: 2 years - Required
- High proficiency in Ventilator Care, Cardiac Monitoring, IV Management of Pressors, Anti-Arrhythmic Agents and Sedation - Required
- Able to handle up to 3 ICU patients - Required
- Prior travel experience: Highly preferred
Education, License, and Certification Requirements:
- RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
- BLS, ACLS Certification from AHA - Required
- PALS Certification - Preferred
Job Description:
- The professional nurse providing care to ICU patients utilizing all components of the nursing process (assesses, develops, plans, implements, and evaluates) in the plan of care.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- The Ideal candidate for this position will be willing and flexible enough to float to the ED or MS during the low census, if any. The RN will not be required to take assignments in these units.
- The ideal candidate for this position will be able to care for one to three patients.
- The Ideal candidate for this position may be responsible for telemonitoring of patients on the Med Surg Floor
- Unit information: 5 beds staffed by 2 RNs
