Job Title Business Analyst, Medium Segment Business Operations Job Description Sage Medium Segment Business Operations team are trusted partners in bringing product and business ambitions to reality. Our team designs and executes the operational strategy for the top initiatives within a high growth business unit. In this role you will design and execute Medium Segment portfolio level operational reporting to provide leaders across the business clarity on key initiative progress, status and blockers. This includes developing dashboard and reports for post launch monitoring of key initiatives. You will identify operational trends to inform business decisions (e.g. prioritization and resourcing), and also be responsible for roadmap reporting and program status reports communication across internal business leaders. The Analyst will also transform the Medium Segment Business Operations Governance Committee scope and participation list to reflect the new organizational direction, for example represent all BU initiatives (including pricing) for prioritization and cross functional alignment, and present the BU product roadmap for transparency across key internal Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the business unit's inaugural business analytics and portfolio management reporting programs.
• Leverage technology to optimize and streamline data collection and dashboards.
• Lead product roadmap reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities and recommendations based on data driven insights and operational trends.
• Present recommendations and gain executive leadership approval on recommendations and reporting enhancements.
• Partner with Director of Business Operations to manage business unit's cross functional governance committee and portfolio recommendations.
• Liaise with product and business leaders for new initiative intake and scope analysis and documentation.
• Act as a hyper-collaborative partner that can lead through influence by building strong relationships and personal credibility across the organization
• Ad hoc project management on key cross functional initiatives, as needed.
