Job Description
This role supports Sage Intacct in the US, a key business unit for Sage as we aim to drive growth by removing barriers for our customers. The RevOps team backing this business unit and its multi-channel GTM approach is comprised of high-skilled professionals well-versed in all aspects of GTM operations across the entire customer lifecycle. As the Intacct business unit continues its growth trajectory in the US, we need to scale the support structure around it.
As a RevOps Manager for VAR Inlife, you will be the right-hand person supporting the VP of Inlife Channel Sales. You will be responsible for aligning and optimizing sales and marketing efforts to drive predictable revenue growth. You will leverage data, systems, and best practices to enhance our VAR Inlife sales process, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience at a B2B SaaS business in Revenue Operations or a similar role
- In-depth expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Proficiency in using PowerBI (or similar) for data analysis and reporting
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a VAR / channel sales motion (in B2B SaaS)
- Demonstrable skills driving high NRR / NDR growth
Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day tasks:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to streamline the buyer journey, reduce friction, and increase conversion rates
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
- Partner with sales leadership to create accurate revenue forecasts and performance targets
- Oversee the management and optimization of sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools)
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment across all revenue-generating activities and initiatives
- Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales funnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that supports our VAR Inlife GTM Motion and aligns with the overall business objectives
- Support sales leadership in designing and administering incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes
