About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a key role that blends recruiting, sales, and administrative support to help connect clients with top-tier candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
As the Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll collaborate closely with candidates, clients, and our founder, Kelly, to deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey. This is a client- and candidate-facing role, perfect for someone who is organized, communicative, and passionate about supporting parents and families.
Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
- Conduct research to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Post job openings across various platforms and manage job boards.
- Screen resumes to identify strong potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and answering questions.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with Kelly and clients to ensure candidate recommendations align with expectations.
Sales & Outreach
- Perform outbound outreach to prospective clients via email, social media, or other platforms.
- Engage with potential clients on social media to promote Sage Haus services and build brand awareness.
Administrative Tasks
- Manage the administrative aspects of the hiring process, including tracking progress, sending follow-ups, and ensuring all steps are completed.
- Update the Sage Haus website with job postings, updates, and other relevant content.
- Conduct product research to enhance services or improve processes.
- Assist Kelly with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Passion for the Sage Haus Mission: Belief in helping parents reclaim their time and building home systems that work.
- Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, or talent sourcing is a plus.
- Administrative Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong Communication Skills: Professional and empathetic in written and verbal interactions with clients and candidates.
- Sales Experience: Experience with outbound sales or client outreach preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email platforms, social media tools, and website management systems.
- Collaborative: Team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to a mission-driven business.
- Adaptable: Able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment with changing needs.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience.
- Commission: Additional commission based on successful placements and client conversions.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-Time: 10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule.
- Remote: Work from anywhere with reliable, high speed internet access - must be able to take Zoom calls.
