Sage Home Loans Corporation is looking for a Manager of L&D to oversee Sage’s comprehensive learning and development programs and strategy. The Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan that supports employee growth and development while aligning with organizational objectives.
- Design and deliver a variety of learning programs, including leadership development, technical systems training, and professional development opportunities.
- Identify training needs through collaboration with Sage’s Senior Leadership team and conduct thorough needs assessments to address skill gaps within the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics to measure impact and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to drive innovation and excellence in our programs.
- 3 years of Learning and Development Experience in a Leadership Role
- Proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and other training technologies.
- A desire and willingness to participate in the growth of Sage Home Loans
- A commitment to the work ethic required to be successful in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Understanding of the Mortgage Industry is preferred but not required
