What You'll Do :
- Work as a part of our Sales Leadership team and be a major contributor on the overall sales strategy, focused on setting Sage's customer experience apart from our competitors while ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee a team of licensed Loan Officers, working remotely.
- Work out of the beautiful campus of Red Ventures in Ft. Mill, SC
- Be a culture carrier of high performance across digital and direct experiences.
- Interact with senior leadership within the company as well as with management teams of our partners.
- Optimize and create training and development programs geared towards leveraging mortgage expertise.
- Have direct responsibility to execute for your team while aligning with overall goals.
- Maintain a large focus on daily / weekly performance.
- Develop and continually drive project work plans, timelines and budgets.
