What You'll Do :
- Accurately package a pipeline of loans that are funneled to you by our team of Mortgage Loan Originators and ensure timely and proactive communication with the borrowers.
- Handle all loan documentation and meeting deadlines.
- Determine creditworthiness of the borrowers by gathering and calculating necessary credit reports, qualifying ratios, income and expense data, employment documentation and property values.
- Responsible for processing of more complex loans such as Self-Employed, Government, Bond, CEMA, etc
- Establish strong upfront relationships with the borrower and work closely with them throughout the loan origination process.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues in the origination process.
- Provide feedback to the management team on technical and operational improvements needed and present alternative operating models that could enhance conversion.
- Verify and analyze all necessary financial information and documentation from pre-approval to closing ensuring that loan files are complete and accurate with all necessary credit and legal documents to satisfy underwriting conditions.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams throughout the loan process.
