Job Summary
The Sage Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Schedule: Must be flexible , Weekends are required. Mornings and evenings are required
Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and hospitality procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
