The Associate Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing and sales efforts aimed at increasing awareness of Sage Infusion services. This role will lead the Account Executive Team, providing structure and guidance in developing and executing innovative marketing initiatives and building strong partnerships with referral sources. This role will work closely with the Intake and Clinical Leaders to ensure all teams are aligned with providing best in class Intake experience as well as innovative and exceptional patient care.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead the AE Team in identifying and developing strong partnerships with referral sources, promoting consistent flow of repeat referrals across sites
- Oversee, refine and implement strategies and tactics to enable partnerships with risk based provider groups
- Develop and manage AE Team goals and metrics, regularly tracking performance and adjusting AE Team strategies as needed
- Work closely with the Account Executives to identify changes in referral patterns, ensuring referring offices are pleased with communication and process
- Support and further develop training plans to ensure all team members properly educated
- Collaborate with the Clinical and Intake Leaders to understand new services, therapies and offerings that can be communicated to referral partners
- Support Account Executive Team in the participation of industry events and networking opportunities to promote Sage Infusion
- Oversee marketing and social media strategies and implementation to ensure that they enable and are representative of Sage Infusion services
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, ensuring content is updated and relevant
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in healthcare sales and marketing, preferably in medical therapy setting
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and lead high-performing AE Team
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and infusion therapy services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel to Sage territories across Florida
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Hubspot
