Sage Infusion is a startup infusion center with locations in central and southwest Florida. At Sage, we’ve reimagined patient care. The Operations Manager will manage various Operations, IT and Reporting responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and operations across all Sage Infusion locations. This position reports to the VP Operations and works closely with the various department heads, and will oversee the Operations and Reporting Coordinator and IT Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
AHCA/Operations Oversight
? Management and submission of all initial and renewal AHCA Applications via online
portal. Ensure AHCA License Tracker is updated to include all new sites and updated
renewals/expiration dates. Ensure Director of HR and Operations and VP Operations
review all online applications prior to submission. Work with the CEO, VP Operations and
Clinic Director to ensure all required documents are signed.
? Manage and coordinate the Operations and Reporting Coordinator for new location
launches, including tracking and sharing of new location Site Item Checklist, flagging any
items that are pending.
? Ensure Sage Infusion’s operations are effective and compliant with healthcare standards
(AHCA, OSHA, and other guidelines for infusion services).
Reporting Responsibilities
? Utilize Google Looker analytics tool to develop insights for guiding both patient care
and business decisions.
? Update existing sales and operational reports.
? Manage the Operations and Reporting Coordinator so that analytics are helping support
evolving business needs and prioritize reporting requests.
Project/Pilot Oversight
? Assist in creating and maintaining project plans; facilitate effective communication among
project team members, leadership, and external parties.
? Assist in oversight and coordination of software pilot testing activities with internal teams
and external vendors.
? Work with the Operations and Reporting Coordinator to compile reports on pilot outcomes
and performance.
? Support in conducting software training sessions for staff members.
IT Responsibilities
? Oversee development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, regulations, and
strategies to enhance the technical security of Sage Infusion.
? Evaluate and implement new security tools and technologies that proactively protect against
evolving cyber risks and threats.
? Manage IT vendor relationships including cybersecurity, communications, electronic
medical records and billing.
? Manage the IT support specialist and ensure prompt and quick resolution of support issues
including Google Workspace, RingCentral, WeInfuse and R2.
? Oversee installation, configuration and setup of all hardware and software for new location
opening including desktop and laptops, network router, smart thermostat and RingCentral
call queues.

? Any other initiative or item as requested by the Sage Infusion leadership team
Requirements
Qualifications/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in health administration, Health Sciences, Business Administration,
Management, or related degree
? Minimum of 4 years of Healthcare Management experience
? Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and HRI systems
? Experience with Google Looker reporting preferred
? Ability to travel to all Sage Infusion locations as needed
? Familiarity with software development life cycles and testing methodologies is a plus
? Excellent communication (written and oral), critical thinking and problem solving skill
