Role Description : Job Description for Data center technicianA data center technician holds the responsibility of installing, maintaining, and monitoring the equipment and systems within a data center. If issues arise, they must quickly troubleshoot and rectify the problems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous service availability.Software installation and updates : Keeping software up-to-date is vital. Technicians install, configure, update, and patch operating systems, applications, and other software to ensure security and optimum performance.Security measures : A data center technician implements and monitors security protocols to protect data from unauthorized access, malware, and breaches.
