Role: Servicenow CMDB/CSDM Architect
Location: Plano, TX/ McLean, VA

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and executing the CSDM in a diverse system environment. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams, interfaces around ServiceNow CMDB, and effectively engage with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of the CMDB & CSDM using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with stakeholders, manage, and mentor the team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful CSDM implementation.
- Oversee the integration of CSDM with other systems and interfaces, ensuring seamless operation and data consistency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CSDM-related inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CSDM processes, configurations, and interfaces.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and executing CSDM in a large multi-system environment.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform, particularly in relation to CSDM, Service & Application Portfolio Management, and CMDB.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing interfaces and integrations with ServiceNow.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
