Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Workday Consultant with hands-on expertise in Workday implementation, Absence Management, and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end Workday implementations, configuring absence and payroll functionalities, and collaborating with HR and technical teams to optimize system performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to support ongoing improvements and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support Workday HCM implementations with a focus on Absence Management and Payroll modules

• Configure and test absence policies, accruals, and payroll calculations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide scalable Workday solutions

• Support system upgrades, data integrity, and process enhancements

• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues
