Senior Consultant, Consumer Compliance Analyst

We are hiring for a Senior Consultant, Consumer Compliance Analyst to perform consumer compliance reviews/testing for banking and financial products. You'll evaluate transactions for accuracy, authorization, and adherence to key regulations.

• Location: Mount Laurel, NJ; Wilmington, DE; Charlotte, NC (Must travel to work locations 2 days/week)

Responsibilities:

• Perform transactional testing based on predefined scripts
• Document outcomes and highlight non-compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify compliance issues
• Maintain detailed compliance documentation
• Work with the Compliance team to recommend corrective actions

Qualifications:

• 4 years in banking or financial services compliance
• Strong knowledge of banking products (credit cards, unsecured lending, deposits)
• Familiar with key regulations (Reg Z, Reg E, TILA, Record Retention, CAN-SPAM, COPPA, FCRA)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred:

• Degree in Business or Risk Management
• Familiarity with financial product regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
