What You’ll Do

As a Residential Cleaner at Sage, you’ll be a core part of our field team, cleaning and refreshing homes throughout the Northeast Phoenix | Scottsdale area. This includes:

• Thorough cleaning of living spaces: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting kitchens and bathrooms.
• Light organizing and tidying of rooms including bedrooms, common areas, and entryways.
• Cleaning of sliding doors and mirrors for a streak-free shine.
• Keeping an eye on supply levels and notifying the team when inventory is low.
• Using only Sage-approved, non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products.
• Communicating with clients and teammates in a friendly, respectful, and professional way.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Prior residential cleaning experience is preferred
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things and go the extra mile.
• Physically Capable: Able to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for several hours a day.
• Self-Starter: Trustworthy, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Team-Oriented: Kind, respectful, and a good communicator.
• Values-Aligned: You care about the environment and want to make a difference in your community.
• Valid Social Security Number: authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent in English
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass a criminal background check

The Details

• Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM–4:45 PM.
• Work Location: In clients’ homes across the Northeast Phoenix | Scottsdale area—no two days are exactly the same!
• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with room to grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
