What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop engaging, personalized programs that stimulate memory and promote well-being
- Train and support care staff on dementia best practices and person-centered approaches
- Create meaningful daily routines that honor the unique abilities of each resident
- Collaborate with families, nurses, and leadership to support whole-person care
- Cultivate a warm, joyful, and safe environment for residents with memory loss
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in dementia care is required – we want someone who understands the unique challenges and joys of this population
- A naturally curious and empathetic mindset – you’re someone who wants to learn and grow with your residents
- Leadership or activity programming experience in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills – you’re a connector, a planner, and a motivator
- A heart for seniors and a deep respect for their stories and individuality
Preferred (but not required):
- Certified Dementia Practitioner or related certification
- Background in therapeutic recreation, life enrichment, or behavioral health
- Experience leading teams and managing memory care programing schedules

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
