Your Role as ADON:

Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
Assist in developing and implementing care plans and policies
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and best practices
Work closely with residents, families, and staff to enhance quality of care

What We're Looking For:

Current LVN license in Texas (required)
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A passion for senior care and a commitment to excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
