Position Details:
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 AM - 7 PM) on a rotating schedule
Location: Sage Oak of Denton
Full-Time & Part-Time positions available
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and lead the nursing team during day shifts
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents with compassion and professionalism
- Monitor resident health, administer medications, and coordinate care plans
- Collaborate with staff, families, and leadership to ensure exceptional care
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Be a team player and help foster a positive, resident-centered environment
What We’re Looking For:
Current and valid LVN or RN license in Texas
Experience in senior care or healthcare preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
A passion for nursing and a heart for serving others
