Your Role as DON:

Oversee and manage the nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care
Develop and implement care plans that align with best practices and regulations
Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies
Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership to create a thriving care environment

What We're Looking For:

Current RN license in Texas (required)
Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in a senior care or healthcare setting
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A passion for senior care and a commitment to excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
