JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
DEPARTMENT: Sales and Marketing
REPORTS TO: Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
CLASSIFICATION: Hourly
PAY: DOE

Purpose and Scope: The Inside Sales Representative would assist in expanding our selling efforts in the fast-paced, growing, manufacturing facility. The candidate sought will also excel in a fast-paced environment and be able to quickly learn about our rapidly growing customer base and product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- General sales administration
- Completing customer quoting for stock and custom product
- Order entry into ERP system
- Assist in marketing efforts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow up on sales leads
- Answering phone calls for the sales office including calls for parts, products, and customer service and directing those calls to the appropriate person.
- Ability to start the customer service inquiry (CSI) process for customer service-related issues.
- Working knowledge of CRM system
- Online product inquiry follow-up
- Learning to weigh products
- Complete check-in inspections
- Some exposure and potential travel to tradeshows
- Other duties and projects assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent a plus but not required.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience required in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
