Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience through their bartending skills.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes for servers and your guests
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and operate the POS system for transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is required - must have certification within 1 month of being hired.
