Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Skytab POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Assist in training new staff members on restaurant protocols and customer service standards.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations within the food industry to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Familiarity with Skytab POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
