Sage Parts is the world's largest supplier of GSE (Ground Support Equipment) and airport-related equipment replacement parts with operations in The United States, Canada, Chile, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, Peru, South Africa, The Netherlands, and The United Kingdom. Sage Parts supplies replacement parts and accessories for all types and brands of GSE. Sage provides supply chain management, on site supply services, single source supply, logistics solutions, engineering solutions and other cost reduction programs.
Summary:
We are currently looking for a motivated, self-starter to join our busy logistics department as our Data Entry Clerk in our Global Headquarters location. Qualified candidate is expected to have excellent ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry
- Clerical tasks
- Shipment validation
- Account Reconciliation
- Communicate with external vendors and internal departments
- Follow up
REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good typing skills – speed and accuracy a must for high volume of data entry
- Attention to detail
- Data entry
- Clerical experience- clerical office functions including scanning, filing, and sorting mail
- Great organizational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Accounting or finance experience

Travel/Expected Work hours
This position does not require travel. Some flexibility is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours Monday thru Friday. Hours beyond the “core” work hours may be required as job duties demand.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filling cabinets.
Physical requirements
This position will require the employee to be stationary for long periods of time. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery. Employees will be required to communicate with co-workers and vendors frequently by phone or in person and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situation. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 10lbs.
Salary : $20 - $23
