Sage Pest Control is calling all All-Stars to add to our team.
Sage is a leading provider of pest management services in North Carolina. We are seeking career-oriented, clean-cut, honest, outgoing people to work in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. The right candidate must be at least 21 years old and have a good driving record. They must be professional in appearance, honest, dependable, and good with people. They must also have a clean criminal record and be drug-free (drug screenings are required).

At Sage, we train and reward our Pest Control Technicians for meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. This allows our Technicians to earn as much income as they want with no cap.

Standard work shift: Mon- Fri. An occasional Saturday as needed. Always off Sundays

Qualifications:
- No more than two minor moving violations.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Clean criminal record. Drug-free.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Identify and assess pest infestations, determine the best treatment plan, and apply appropriate solutions.
- Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing service plans.
- Safely handle and apply pesticides and other pest control treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain detailed service records, including treatment plans, chemicals used, and customer interactions.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner.
- Manage daily service routes efficiently to maximize productivity (goal: 1.5 jobs per hour).
