Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize various pest control methods and equipment to ensure a safe and pest-free environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
• Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and according to regulations.
• Utilize hand tools, and power tools, as needed for various pest control tasks.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide excellent customer service and address client concerns regarding pest control solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, products used, and follow-up actions required.
• Educate clients on preventative measures to minimize future pest issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations related to pest control operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record (no more than two minor violations)
• Drug-free and able to pass a background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong collaboration skills for working effectively with sales teams and clients.
• Ability to drive safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions for pest-related challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
