Corporate Finance - Sr. Associate
A results-driven finance expert is needed to handle financial planning, analysis, and strategy for a high-growth, $1B real estate company. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and implement financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis – Develop and maintain multi-year financial models, create executive-level reports, and provide strategic insights.
- Financing & Capital Management – Support debt and equity financing, capital allocation, and project underwriting.
- Forecasting & Budgeting – Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive business decisions.
- Investor Relations & Partnerships – Collaborate with investor relations, legal, and operations teams while maintaining external stakeholder relationships.
- Market & Technical Knowledge – Stay informed on financial trends, market conditions, and investment strategies.
Qualifications
- 7 years in banking, corporate finance, or public accounting. CPA is a plus.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial modeling experience.
- Expertise in financial statements, valuation, and capital markets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership and negotiating financial agreements.
