Key Responsibilities :
- Support the continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze key performance metrics and business trends.
- Manage and analyze headcount and compensation data, working with large, complex data sets.
- Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and root cause assessments to identify key drivers of financial performance.
- Assist with strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects to support business growth.
