Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Photographer/Videographer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content across a variety of platforms, including social media, commercials, and podcasts. You’ll work closely with our creative teams to plan, execute, and deliver engaging video projects that align with both client goals and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire photo/video production process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are on schedule
Collaborate with clients and creative teams to develop unique concepts that drive the strategic goals of each project
Craft compelling scripts and storyboards to ensure a strong visual and narrative direction
Direct on-screen talent (e.g., actors, hosts, clients) during shoots, providing guidance to capture the perfect performance in line with the project’s vision
Edit footage to create polished, professional final products, incorporating music, color grading, special effects, and ensuring a seamless alignment with creative direction
Serve as the key point of contact for all photo/video projects, ensuring client feedback is integrated and their vision is accurately translated into the final content
Maintain the highest standards of creativity, technical excellence, and visual storytelling across all video content
Keep up with current video production trends, emerging storytelling techniques, and new technologies to continually enhance creativity and production quality
Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and web teams to ensure video content seamlessly integrates into broader campaigns and strategies
Qualifications:
Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similar
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with professional photo and video equipment
At least 1 year of experience as a videographer or in a similar creative role
Experience in an agency or media production setting is a plus
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects or similar)
Familiarity with color grading and advanced video editing techniques
Experience creating content for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Ability to work proactively, solve problems, and make decisions on the fly
Leadership skills and the ability to guide projects to completion
