As a Staging/MPS Technician for imageOne's Oak Park facility, you will play a crucial role in setting up and staging equipment, providing service and support, offering training, and assisting with internal tasks. Responsibilities:
Setup and Staging of Equipment
• Unbox new orders
• Assemble new products in the warehouse
• Configure settings before devices leave the warehouse
• Configure peripherals with added accessories
• Upgrade firmware and tag devices
• Assist in delivering new equipment to customer locations
• Assist in removing existing equipment when needed

Requirements:
• Experience in printer repair
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Safety compliance
• Operation of a lift gate
• Ability to load delivery vans

• Preferred: HP, Xerox, and Canon manufacturer certifications
• Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems
• Preferred: ServiceNow and EA
• Experience with 3rd party print-based solutions
• High attention to detail and follow through
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Proficient with Microsoft O365 suite
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
