ABOUT THIS ROLE
Work Schedule & Location:
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Work from office with some flexibility of remote work
Your Typical Day: As a Customer Service Manager, your day starts by overseeing the call center and customer service team, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service. In this remote role, you manage escalations, resolve both internal and external issues, and strategize new ways to improve efficiency. As a leader, you collaborate with other departments, implement customer service policies, and drive performance improvements. No two days are the same-this role keeps you engaged in a fast-moving, interactive environment where your leadership makes a direct impact.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- 3 years of experience managing a call center
- In-depth knowledge of phone systems and customer service needs in a service industry
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience implementing departmental changes
Preferred:
- Experience with call center AI platforms
