What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Lead 2nd shift 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM position at Sage Sustainable Electronics?
Sage is looking for a Production Lead to ensure operations in the area are conducted at the highest level of efficiency and utilization while maintaining industry standards in warehouse management and quality / EHS compliance. The Lead is expected to monitor and maintain a constant flow of product moving through the process and acting as a main point of contact for other departments and escalations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will also include driving continuous improvement for:
- Product Yield
- Services Revenue
- SLA Attainment
- Quality of Finished Goods
- Maintains work area organization, housekeeping and flow.
- Ensures work areas are properly labeled, with appropriate signage, Aisleways taped and product bins in designated locations.
- Aisleway and work area are maintained free of congestion, trip and fall hazards and orphaned product.
- Oversees daily production of technical operations to complete contracted services
- Assists others in Troubleshooting, Data Sanitization, Functional/Cosmetic Evaluation and Imaging as required.
- Updates production records
- Works with Operations management and updates area job board with targeted goals to be completed each day
- Ensures operators have sufficient material to process to maintain constant flow of product
- Constantly evaluates processes for potential improvements
- Equipment, layout, material handling equipment, systems, and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional in appearance and presentation
- Accountable for personal and company goals
- Meets and/or exceeds expectations for daily responsibilities
- Reliable
- Attitude towards helping and assisting others with development
- InDepth knowledge of IT electronics
- 2 years’ experience working with electronics hardware product
- Excellent attention to detail and quality
- Results and goal oriented
- Functions well within a team and independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in various forms (written, oral or diagram)
- Strong written, verbal, and comprehension communication skills
- Presentation skills to large and small groups
- Ability to life 50 lbs. or more
