Position Overview
The Assistant Director of Construction Operations will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects. This role will work closely and report directly to the Director of Construction Operations. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Sage Ventures' commitment to quality and affordability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight :
Manage all aspects of construction operations, from preconstruction planning to final delivery.
Develop and manage project budgets, tracking costs and ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Review and approve project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
Implement QA / QC procedures to ensure high standards in construction and materials.
Assist in developing new community specifications and budgets for future projects.
