Corporate Floating Property Manager
Sage Ventures is a full-service vertically integrated residential development and investment firm. As a collaboratively run corporation, we develop, own, rehabilitate, sell, and manage exceptional properties throughout the greater Baltimore/Washington region.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Corporate Floating Property Manager is a part of the support team for field staff across our properties. You will act as a fill-in or extra set of hands for all positions spanning Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultants, and lead other special assignments. This includes timely implementation of policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Employee Management of Assistant Manager, Leasing, and Maintenance Teams
- Hold staff accountable for all responsibilities
- Create schedules
- Lead and motivate team to ensure goals are achieved
- Manage Collections
- Oversee leasing & Move-in process
- Manage renewal process
- Manage move-out process
- Creation and oversight of budget
- Timely reporting and communication with Regional Manager
- Oversight of all third-party inspections
- Oversight of renovation projects
- Other duties as necessary in-order-to maintain the property and to meet resident needs.
- Serve as backup for any roles at the property, as needed
JOB SPECIFICATIONS & Qualifications
- Minimum one year of property management experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office, YARDI or other property management software
