Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Summary
Sage View Care Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care for residents. The successful candidate will perform various duties, including:
- Responding to signal lights and assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene.
- Providing nutritional support by serving and collecting food trays, and feeding residents who require assistance.
- Transporting residents using wheelchairs or wheeled carts, or assisting them to walk.
- Turning and re-positioning residents alone or with assistance.
- Taking and recording vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output, as well as weight, as directed.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Able to work effectively in a team setting.
