Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and toiletry.
- Provide vital signs, food and fluid intake, and weight monitoring.
- Transport residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart.
- Turn and reposition residents as needed.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
