Job TitleBusiness Information Security OfficerJob DescriptionAs our Business Information Security Officer, you will join a dynamic team here in Atlanta. You will communicate security outcomes and ensure that teams know what is required to achieve them. Everyday, you will prioritize security work and influence teams to ensure it is delivered.You will help resolve challenges and conflicts that get in the way of meeting security objectives, such as resource constraints and conflicting priorities.This will be a hybrid position on-site (3-days) a week in our new, Ponce City Market location!Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be a point of contact for day-to-day security questions and concerns and make security decisions based on your understanding of risks, ensuring that security policy and standards are adhered to. You will coordinate security resources to solve problems as needed. You will identify security risks and ensure they are appropriately recorded and monitored to ensure resolutions, help identify solutions to mitigate risks and keep rigorous documentation on decisions and the rationale behind them. : With strong experience managing complex and ambiguous situations, you have a proven track record of delivering change in large organizations. You're solution-focused, able to analyze problems logically and find the best outcomes. Your stakeholder management skills enable you to engage effectively at all levels, understanding their motivations and needs. With a background in working with technology-focused teams, particularly in the software sector, you have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, SaaS, and cloud technologies, including Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps. You're also knowledgeable in security risk management and making informed, risk-based decisions. Known for your attention to detail and curiosity, you excel at uncovering root causes, and your excellent communication skills allow you to present complex topics clearly to diverse audiences. You will need 5 years of experience in an applicable capacity for this position. : You successfully delivery security objectives in your assigned business area and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, as evidenced by their feedback. You work with others to make risk based decisions, documenting your rationale and decision making process. You effectively identify and manage information security risks, ensuring they are properly recorded and mitigation plans are implemented. You support sales and marketing colleagues and ensure that no sale of a Sage product is lost due to security concerns. :
